FANGCHEN has a professional and senior mold engineering team, providing optimal mold solution to customers based on their requirements in order to guarantee the products quality and mold life. 

COOKWARE usually g need to use our 400-800T machine to produce.We can mass produce the parts with thin wall thickness as 1.0mm.We have accumulated rich experience on internal porosity and air tightness control in thick-wall die casting parts.

FANGCHEN cooperate with stable material supplier , we are using ADC12, A380 and A360, but if  Other materials also can be customized based on client’s requirements . Every time material get into our factory we will make the inspection of the material elements and leave record for future trail , if customer need the report we also can provide with the products .

Our step to make the parts for customer as follow :

1-Product final drawing confirmed by customer and sign

2-Die Design , and if need will let customer confirm

3-Making the die and meanwhile we make analyzation on the surface treatment of parts

4-Make trail after die ready

5-Making CMM inspection report with Customized Drawing

6-Make trails until parts CMM get confirmation by customer  

7-If customer need small-lot production ,we can produce according to customer’s request

8-If small-lot production get confirmation , we will go ahead for future order according to customer’s PO
