Every time material get into our factory we will make the inspection of the material elements and leave record for future trail , if customer need the report we also can provide with the products .

1-Product final drawing confirmed by customer and sign
2-Die Design , and if need will let customer confirm
3-Making the die and meanwhile we make analyzation on the surface treatment of parts
4-Make trail after die ready
5-Making CMM inspection report with Customized Drawing
6-Make trails until parts CMM get confirmation by customer
7-If customer need small-lot production ,we can produce according to customer’s request
8-If small-lot production get confirmation , we will go ahead for future order according to customer’s PO
